SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND INJURIES
Anyone with serious medical conditions or injuries should consult a physician before participating in a yoga class. Moon Yoga Studio classes offer a therapeutic practice but we also encourage you to listen to your body (not the ego) and take the appropriate modifications. Your teacher will have modifications if he/she feels you need them. Don’t hesitate to ask questions! The practice should not hurt. It is your responsibility to inform us if you are pregnant or have any injuries prior to the start of class.
